About & Contact
I have always had a calling to be of service to something larger than myself; to people, projects, to whatever might be possible.
I came to understand that leadership is about service – not about position – and focused my expertise in leadership and organizations to coaching executive leaders and their teams.
As an Executive Leadership Coach, I serve you by listening to and clarifying your vision, mission and values in ways that supports your development, your teams and your organizations. It is an honor to walk alongside clients as you discover what you know to be authentic for your leadership development and for your life.
When I work with senior executives and high-potential leaders we identify natural strengths and core values, claim goals, and discover opportunities for learning and growth. To expand self-awareness, we examine how inherent behavior informs others’ experience so clients can align their intentions with their impact.
Before my career in leader development, I worked in business industries including tech startups, telecommunications, hospitality and business education. Since 2005 I have worked in learning and leadership development. This broad background helps me understand organizational dynamics and guide individuals to be more effective.
As an ICF-Certified Coach and facilitator, I am honored to work with organizations who have used my developmental consulting services, assessment tools, team facilitation and/or coaching programs including Costco Wholesale; PEMCO Insurance; Starbucks; Swedish Hospital; Hearing, Speech & Deafness Center; Puget Sound Energy; The University of Washington; and the NYC Department of Health.
